We would like to introduce the swords that have recently been donated to our museum.

[Exhibited works]

Important Art Object: Tanto (Dagger) Unsigned, Yoshimitsu, Kamakura Period (13th century)
With gold-plated hollyhock-patterned scatter sheath and august koshirae
・Sword, unsigned, Enju Kunisuke, Nanboku-cho period (14th century)
Black lacquer with black eggplant maki-e tachi mounting
・Tanto Inscribed: Kuniyuki Fujiwara, resident of Etsushu / Date of the first month of the Sadaji era Nanbokucho period (1362)
・Sword inscribed Naotsuna, Nanbokucho-Muromachi period (14th-15th century)

 

■■Permanent Buddha statues

・Important Cultural Property: Dainichi Nyorai Seated Statue. Heian Period
・Important Art Object: Standing Statue of Zao Gongen. Heian Period
・Heavenly statue
