Ryusen No. 89 Published
The Sano Art Museum has released Ryusen No. 89, the latest issue of its official newsletter.
Issue 89 features two exhibitions commemorating the 60th anniversary of the Sano Art Museum and the 85th anniversary of Mishima City's founding: "Travel Back to the Life in Old Japan, Selected from the collection of Sano Art Museum" and "Sano Art Museum and the Tokugawa Art Museum present, Exploring the Japanese Celebrated Swords." Our curators introduce the highlights of the exhibition.
In the museum shop section, we showcase the original museum merchandise! These include new postcards, a new black color for the water-repellent Kasha-giri sacoche bag, and other items unique to our museum.
As the second installment of the 60th Anniversary Commemorative Edition, we have featured Ryusenen Garden in Photo Album II, which presents a visual comparison of the museum at the time of its opening and today, so please take a look.
